By accessing or using BizTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of BizTracker, including free and paid subscribers, and any visitors to biztracker.app.
If you are using BizTracker on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use BizTracker, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us at support@biztracker.app.
BizTracker will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
Each individual may maintain only one free account. Business accounts may add team members under a single subscription.
BizTracker is a business finance management platform that provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change free plan limits with 30 days notice.
The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
New Pro subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. You may cancel at any time if you disagree with a price change.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
You retain full ownership of all business data, invoices, customer information, and financial records you enter into BizTracker. We do not claim any rights to your content.
By using BizTracker, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Each user's data is completely isolated. No other user can access your data. Our Firestore security rules enforce this isolation at the database level.
You may export all your data at any time using the built-in export feature. We will not hold your data hostage if you cancel.
Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. BizTracker calculates tax estimates based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate data entry.
BizTracker integrates with Stripe for payment processing. When you enable Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for your own Stripe account, including compliance with Stripe's policies and any applicable financial regulations.
Stripe charges processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). BizTracker does not add additional transaction fees on top of Stripe's fees.
Payment disputes between you and your customers are handled through Stripe. BizTracker is not party to these disputes and cannot intervene.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding invoicing, sales tax collection, and financial record keeping in your jurisdiction.
The BizTracker application, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by BizTracker and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your business name, logo, invoice content, and financial data are yours. BizTracker does not claim any ownership over content you create.
If you submit feature requests or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use those ideas to improve the Service.
Specifically, BizTracker does not warrant:
BizTracker is a productivity tool. It is not a licensed accounting service, tax preparation service, or financial advisor.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZTRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@biztracker.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
We will give you reasonable notice before termination unless the violation is severe (e.g., fraud, illegal activity).
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. You have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, or through binding arbitration as agreed by both parties.
